Your information.

DrawerSense is operated by Calvin Kennedy. This notice covers website enquiries, product feedback and website measurement. The website does not collect camera footage or payment details.

What the feedback form stores

Your setting, AI usage, intended job, search frequency, two-drawer fit, price reaction, optional example, permitted campaign label and submission time help us understand the kit’s usefulness. Storage permission and its version are recorded. Email and separate follow-up permission are stored only when you choose email contact. You can give feedback without providing an email address. No email is sent automatically for feedback submissions. Data is not sold.

Purchase enquiries and contact messages

The purchase and contact forms store your email, topic, message, consent version and submission time so Calvin Kennedy can review and respond to your enquiry. It does not enrol you in product updates. Please do not send sensitive documents, passwords or another person’s private information.

When email is enabled, Resend processes your email address to send a transactional acknowledgement and notifies the operator that an enquiry arrived. We do not include your message text in those emails or subscribe you to marketing. Email provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Website measurement

We record a small set of page and demo events using a random identifier and a permitted campaign label kept in your browser tab’s session storage. Only fixed labels such as personal-ai or smart-home are accepted; we do not retain arbitrary query strings or referring URLs. We do not send your email or form answers with these events, use advertising cookies, or collect camera footage. The optional event collection respects your browser’s Do Not Track preference. Hosting providers may process normal connection logs.

Approved campaign links can also contain fixed channel and creative labels. We store only recognised labels, never arbitrary URL parameters. First-touch campaign attribution lasts up to 24 hours in the browser tab; a saved purchase enquiry can be linked to that visit in the private database. Reports count sessions rather than unique people.

We use PostHog (US Cloud) to compare website designs. Our server sends a random session identifier, fixed campaign and variant labels, story views, rendering or fallback events, purchase-page views and whether a purchase enquiry was saved. Your email, message, submission receipt, IP address, full URL and browser recording are not included in these analytics payloads. We do not use session replay or automatic form capture. An enquiry is measured separately from a paid order.

You can turn optional measurement off in the footer. That preference is saved on this device; experiment assignment stays in tab session storage for up to 24 hours. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable optional measurement. Turning it off stops future events; it does not withdraw an enquiry you have already submitted.

Storage and retention

Submissions and event records are held in the site’s managed database. Responses, contact messages and local event records have a 90-day retention window. A verified cleanup removes expired records across all three groups. It can run from the private operator page and is also checked on site activity. A daily check is also scheduled from the operator’s workstation and depends on that workstation and its signed-in session being available. Data and request processing involve Sites and its hosting infrastructure.

PostHog stores the separate pseudonymous analytics events under its cloud retention and backup policies. The 90-day database cleanup does not delete PostHog copies. Contact us about analytics data requests. PostHog’s privacy noticeexplains its processing.

Email jobs and campaign records follow the same local 90-day retention window. Removing a contact submission removes its local email jobs and campaign-conversion link. An email already being sent or accepted cannot be recalled by deleting the website record; copies in inboxes and Resend follow their separate retention rules. Resend’s privacy notice describes its processing.

To limit spam, the site stores short-lived request counters. Where available, the connection address is transformed using a secret key and a 15-minute window; the app does not store the raw address in these counters. Expired counters are removed during cleanup. This is separate from optional website measurement.

Remove your submission

Paste the private receipt shown when your submission was saved. It removes that interest response or contact message from the active database. Keep your receipt private: anyone with it can remove that entry. If you submitted more than once, use each receipt. Deletion from provider backups follows the provider’s own lifecycle.

Questions and your choices

Use Contact for a privacy question or if you have lost a receipt. A request without a receipt requires identity verification before any record is changed. You can decline follow-up, and a future email programme must include a working unsubscribe method before it starts. Contacting us does not itself remove another record.

Hardware data

This website privacy notice does not describe a verified hardware data service. Confirm the hardware’s capture, processing, retention, access and deletion specifications before purchase. Do not infer on-device processing from product illustrations.
