Can DrawerSense see inside a closed box?
A camera cannot see through an opaque lid or other objects. A useful box setup needs a clear observation when the contents are visible. A last-seen record can point you back to that box, but it cannot verify hidden contents or changes made out of view.
A few things to measure.
Choose one layer
A tray of visible parts is a different job from a deep bin full of stacked items. Start with the objects a camera can actually see.
Include the viewing space
Measure the inside of the box and use your enquiry to describe where a camera could sit around it.
Is there a dedicated box kit?
There is no separate box kit in the current range. You can select existing components and request a setup review for your box, including mounting, power and visibility.
